Upon entering the main game you will find on the middle right-hand side of the screen the drop-down menu, tap on it to reveal the Mini Operations Menu button. Tap on the button.
That said, you can also access the Mini-Operations menu by scrolling to the top of the Main Game screen to El Patron’s estate where you will see a Hippo (who will be highlighted with a ‘Play Now’ sign). Tap on the Hippo.
Upon entering the Mini-Operations menu you will find what Mini-Games you can play in as well as how much time may be required to pass until you can play another mini-game (highlighted by the red square in the below image). In this instance you have earned access to the Protect The Hippo mini-game, tap on it to enter the game.
