How do I reset my game?

Resetting your game progress is possible; however, you should be aware that once you reset your game progress it cannot be reverted to its original back again. Think carefully about resetting your game progress. There are two ways you can reset your progress;

1. Send us a support ticket from the Settings menu requesting your game progress reset. It might take us two business days to entertain your request.

2. To reset your game progress by yourself follow these steps;

   1. Delete the app from the device

   2. Reinstall the app from the Store using the same App Store or Play Store ID that you used to install the game the first time

   3. Play the game until you get a popup titled with Cloud Conflict at the top

   4. On this popup you have two options (a) Load your previous progress, and (b) Save your current progress.  Tap on the Save button.

This will save your current game progress on the server.
