How do I restore my game on a new device/factory reset device?

You can play the game on multiple devices; however,  you must use the same Google ID on Android and Game Center ID on Apple to restore your progress on another device. Follow the steps below:


  • Install the game on your second device using the same ID you used on the previous

  • Run the game and play for a while until Cloud Conflict Popup shows up automatically

  • Tap on the Load button to download your progress achieved on the previous device


Note that whichever device you play the game on, only your latest progress will be saved on the Cloud Server, and when you will open the game on the other device you will be prompted to either Load or Save your progress. Carefully choose which progress you want to keep, otherwise, you may accidentally save or load progress that is behind the progress you have made on one of the devices.


Keep in mind that only your most recent progress on the last device you used to play will be saved on the Cloud Server, and when you open the game on another device you will be prompted to either Load or Save your progress.
