A Free Suitcase is a gift you earn for playing Narcos Idle Empire. It contains, Product and Cards (Character Cards and Business cards). You receive a Free Suitcase every 4 hours.
To collect the Free Suitcase, go to The Store, where you find what the suitcase may contain. In this case, you are going to collect up to 360 Product & up to 14 Cards (indicated in the blue section of the above image). Simply tap on the ‘Claim’ button.
