A Sicario is automatically assigned when they are unlocked, along with the business they are responsible for in the current chapter you are playing. Some Sicarios grant you the additional ability to automate a business. To automate the Business, the Sicario is assigned to tap on the Green button.
Upon tapping on the green automate button you are presented with the Automate Popup which shows you (1) whether you have collected enough replicate cards & (2) if you have the required amount of currency to pay for the automation. Tap on the green automate button to automate the business.
Sicarios give bonuses to different Businesses. For instance, one of Pablo’s lieutenants, Velasco, grants you a Cash boost to the Nursery which is visible in the below image (highlighted by the yellow boxes).
