1. Assets are required for every event and they are typically available a couple of hours before the event's start time. Restart your game on a strong internet connection to check for new assets.
2. Each event has a minimum required Chapter to be completed in order to access it. Usually, this is reaching Chapter 5, but this can vary. You can tap the Event Icon timer to check what is needed in order to participate.
